This notice covers the Sonny & Robo landing page and correspondence sent to our support/privacy inbox. The StormBeacon app has a separate privacy policy, also available inside the app. Visiting this website does not run the app, obtain your location or request live weather data.
Website visits
Our website code adds no analytics, advertising, tracking pixels or embedded third-party widgets. It sets no cookies and uses no sessionStorage or service worker. If you choose Light or Dark, it saves only that preference in this browser’s localStorage under sonny-robo-theme, until you choose Match device or clear this site’s browser data. Match device follows your system appearance and removes the saved choice. The preference is not sent to us or used to identify you. If browser storage is unavailable, the choice works for the current page only. Images, styles and scripts are served with the site. Your browser may cache these files.
Hostinger and its content delivery network serve the website and receive connection information, including your IP address and information about the requested page. Hosting and security logs may record request times, browser or device information, response status and similar technical details for delivery, troubleshooting and security.
Hostinger handles its service data under its privacy policy and applicable service terms. We have not confirmed a single retention period covering all hosting/CDN logs or every possible infrastructure security cookie. We do not promise that hosting logs are anonymous or deleted on our email-retention schedule.
Email you choose to send
Support and privacy correspondence is handled through Hostinger Mail. We receive your sender address, any display name and the message or attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond to questions, investigate problems and consider feedback.
We delete resolved support and privacy correspondence from our mailbox 12 months after resolution. This is our mailbox-handling policy; your email provider and Hostinger’s independent logs or backups may retain information under their own policies. Please avoid sending passwords, private signing keys or unrelated sensitive information.
To request access, correction or deletion of information held by Sonny and Robo, email support@sonnyandrobo.com. We may need enough detail to find the relevant correspondence. Clearing your browser data cannot remove messages already delivered or providers’ records.
External links and optional support
You can optionally support StormBeacon through Buy Me a Coffee or PayPal. Checkout and payment details are handled on the providers’ own services under Buy Me a Coffee’s privacy policy or PayPal’s privacy statement. The support-email retention period above does not describe their payment records.
Following an external link sends connection information to that provider. Our pages do not load payment-provider widgets, send payment details or contact either service merely because you visit this website. This website has no payment form, mailing-list signup or website contact form.
